Refund/Exchange
Greekgearexchange does not accept Returns on Sales Items.

Greekgearexchange offers exceptional customer service with a 72-hour Return Policy: customers have up to 3 days after receipt of delivery to contact the vendor via email, to initiate a return. Eligible items must be in the same condition and packaging. All Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, however, the fee is waived if the item was sent in error (wrong size, defective, damaged). Customer is responsible for shipping to return an item. Enjoy a hassle-free return experience with this return/exchange policy – if the return/exchange is due to an error on our end, we’ll cover the shipping costs both ways and waive any restocking fees.

REFUND/RETURN
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will refund less the 20% restocking fee on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
