Processing Time:  All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. During Peak Period your purchases will be shipped  within 3-10 days.  

During Peak Periods, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Services: USPS & UPS are the preferred shipping provider. Upon processing of your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Once the shipping providers are in receipt of your package, Greekgearexchange has fulfilled their obligation to the purchaser. Greekgearexchange is not responsible for any shipping delays, loss or theft of package. Please contact the USPS or UPS to file a claim if the aforementioned circumstances occur.
